**The Event Operations team provides end-to-end event production including technical coordination, presentation setup and support, AV/VC services, streaming, and management.** **Responsibilities** - Lead varied & demanding events including fast paced live stream and Q&As. - **Serves as the point of contact in market for all clients requesting technical event support.**: - Reviews clients request and provide technical direction for planning, scheduling, and delivery of managed events. - Reports to Event Operations Supervisor, possibly in another location. - Assist with pulling, staging & strike of AV equipment as necessary. - **Troubleshoot as needed and escalate as necessary.**: - Take on tasks in special projects as outlined by Supervisor and executes them within agreed timeline. - Reviews current equipment and provide feedback on workflow etc. - Identify system deficiencies and implements effective solutions. - Oversees team's efforts to ensure all entries and schedules are updated on the technicians’ calendars. - **Oversee works with “flex labor” vendor managers to meet event and customer expectations and needs.**: - Provides additional support across all verticals when necessary. - Have regular syncs with Managers to keep them informed of developments of the service. - **Flag high priority event requests and follow through to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.**: - Follows up with team members to communicate specific aspects of the task assigned. - **Creates and executes technical plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.**: - Assist with the regional process for budgeting, and to be accountable for managing both OPEX and CAPEX expenditure. - **Manages technical resources within allocated budget and client support schedule.** **Qualifications** - 3-5 years of working knowledge with audio visual equipment in a live event setting, demonstrating proficiency across audio, video, lighting and projection disciplines. - Able to operate equipment to support Live Events across the AVL spectrum, with expertise across more than one spectrum. - Experience with technical challenges and problem solving needs in an event production environment. - Able to read and understand AV system diagrams and processes significant knowledge of technical event support system architectures - Understands the benefits of various event formats (Q&A; Training, Sales Presentation, Town halls, etc) and how to execute them flawlessly. - Exceptional professionalism and customer-service skills. - Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and is highly motivated and communicative. - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate within a diverse, cross-functional team. - Able to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully. - Self-starter, demonstrates ability to adapt and being open to learning. - Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse & demanding environment and copes well under pressure. - **-- Monolith, as an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer, is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in our workplace to be able to innovate, transform, and thrive together.**_ Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Authorisation: - Australia (required)
