We have been around for over 50 years and specialize in steel reinforcing across the manufacturing and distribution of reinforcing steel and plastic bar chair products for the Queensland and NSW markets. Our highly integrated supply chain is supported by our experienced staff and a wealth of industry knowledge.

**Quick overview of the role**

**What will you be doing?**
- Handling customer enquiries about products and services
- Point of Sales support, through restocking & ordering
- Generate & communicate requested order changes and/or updates to relevant person
- Ensure banking and cash sale account administration tasks are kept up to date
- Compiling and maintaining customer folders/files
- Completing compliance forms and checklists consistently to a high standard
- Preparing and compiling accurate data for reporting
- Creating delivery dockets to assist Transport
- Raising and investigating credit requests
- Processing invoices and purchase orders to comply with Accounts Payable
- General administration tasks for the branch
- Previous experience in customer service/administration/sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry highly regarded
- Certificate in Business Administration or similar qualifications highly advantageous
