We are seeking a Caseload Contract Officer to undertake administration and support services to assist the employment service staff meeting organisational, legislative and contractual guidelines.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining files and records.
- Ensure documentation and compliance for Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts are achieved.
- Review program targets on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain knowledge of current DES guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure evidence for claims are commented and submitted.
- Maintain evidence of mutual obligation requirements from clients.
- Able to work independently and the ability to work in a team environment.
