Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring smooth project operations? We’re seeking a skilled Program/Project Administrator to support our dynamic team

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting in the planning and execution of c2u projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Maintaining project documentation, including records for financial claims, output evidence, progress reports, and other necessary databases.
- Coordinating with relevant vendors or service providers for materials or services that enhance our products.
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitating meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
- Assisting in tracking project budgets and expenditures.
- Identifying potential project risks and contributing to the development of mitigation strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Program or Project Administrator or in a similar role.
- Committed, dedicated, and motivated individual.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate independent thinking.
- Experience with project management tools and systems as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a knack for spotting errors.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $82,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
