**APG Workforce are currently looking for a Project Support Officer for a 12-month contract Government Sector based in Blacktown.**

**Start Date**: ASAP

**End Date**: 12 Months

**Pay Rate: Blacktown + WFH - 2-3 days required in office per week**

**Pay Rate: $405 Per Day + Super**

**Primary purpose of the role**

This role provides schools and other stakeholders with support and advice related to capital works projects in schools.

**Key Duties**
- Assist the projects team to meet service goals while projecting the School Security Unit in a professional manner.
- Provide schools and stakeholders with a high-quality customer service that professionally and effectively addresses their calls for assistance.
- Use of multiple systems to check for projects and documentation.
- Use computerised information systems to obtain and update data

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Willingness to learn and support a busy team
- Demonstrated Administration skills in previous roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain appropriate records and other documentation in a professional and well written manner.
- A quick learner who will be able to familiarise themselves with the School Security Unit’s systems.
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets at an introductory to intermediate level.
