At our bustling Dee Why Endodontics practice, your role is pivotal. From welcoming patients with a smile, assisting with clinical activity, to being the glue that binds our team together - every day is an opportunity to leave a lasting impression. We value camaraderie and teamwork, ensuring that every member feels at home while going about their tasks. Here's what you will be doing:

- Welcoming our wonderful patients and managing reception with a friendly and efficient working style
- Keeping the practice looking organised and professional
- Managing appointments and answering calls
- Assisting our Specialists and friendly team
- Assisting the Dental Assistants with overflow preparation

**About you:

- **
- A positive working style with great energy
- Dental receptionist experience preferred
- Proficient with Practice Management Systems ideal but not essential
- Possess high empathy and have a patient centric approach
- High regard for following infection control procedures
- Be able to handle pressure and multi-task
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Most importantly a _**sense of fun **_and team spirit
