We are pleased to be offering a new opportunity for 2 Medical Receptionists to join the team in Dee Why, with occasional travel to the Chatswood and Hornsby clinics.
The roles are 1 full time, permanent position and 1 part time position, approximately 2 days per week, working Monday to Friday, 7.5 hour shifts scheduled between the core hours of 8:00am and 5pm.
Reporting to the Area Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients and referrers.

**What will you be doing**:

- Driving the delivery of high quality reception and contact centre services
- Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

**Key selection criteria**:

- Previous medical receptionist and call centre experience (highly desirable)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
