We are seeking an experienced and ambitious front office Receptionist for our amazing business in the heart of Dee Why. With two receptionists on front reception, you will work together to support the day-to-day operations of our front of house and manage the responsibilities that form this role.

The Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our clients and team
  • Provide support to our sales admin & property management departments
  • Answer and distribute incoming calls and respond to email enquiries
  • Look after the general office areas to make sure they are always presentable
  • Stationary control including toners, paper, staff amenities etc.
  • Any ad hoc duties as they come up
  • Work a 5 day week, with alternating Saturday's

What we're looking for:

  • A Northern Beaches local
  • Be someone happy to roll up your sleeves with any task if it makes the team around your more effective
  • Experience in real estate or corporate reception preferred
  • Hold a certificate of registration or be prepared to obtain
  • Be polished and immaculately presented with an outgoing personality
  • Great attention to detail is essential along with integrity and trustworthiness
  • Microsoft office 365 experience
  • REST Software & CRM Software experience preferred by not essential
