Customer Service Officer

Our client specializes in industrial hosing solutions from hydraulic rubber & thermoplastic hose fittings, couplings & tubes. Due to recent growth we are currently seeking an experienced **Customer Service officer** to assist the sales team.
**Key responsibilities;**
- Data entry
- Accurately record technical information provided over the phone
- Handling inbound/outbound calls
- Answering general client product enquiries
- Prepare pricing quotes based on customer requirements
- Liase with the warehouse to coordinate to ensure efficient delivery of shipments
- General administrative tasks
**About you**
- 2+ years experience in a similar role_**(construction or mining industry highly regarded)**_
- Great customer service skills & phone manner
- Strong computer skills (Excel, MS Office & Pronto ERP system or similar)
- Keen eye for detail & able to prioritize workload
- Able to retain large amounts of information
- Full working rights (No visas)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Temp to perm
**Salary**: $31.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tomago, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
