Administration Support Officer

**The opportunity**

Port Stephens Compliance Team are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to offer high level support to our Compliance Team on a permanent full-time basis. Our Compliance Support Officers are key to the day-to-day running of our wider team, being the first point of contact for customer requests.
- Please Note: For the purpose of recruitment, the title of Administration Officer - Compliance has been used to reflect the equivalent industry title. Internally the official title of this position is Compliance Support Officer._
- **This is a permanent opportunity** - working full-time working 35 hours / week + access to a flexible working arrangement
- **Base Salary Range**:$67,628 - $74,612 pa based on 35 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $2,464 retention allowance
- **You will be working from** PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace

- Coordinate and process customer requests and enquiries, ensuring timely and professional service.
- Manage correspondence, records and databases to keep workflows accurate and efficient.
- Support the Compliance Coordinator and Team Leaders with reports, documentation and day-to-day operations.

- Tertiary qualification/studying in a relevant field and/or relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in using the Microsoft suite of products at an advanced level
- Experience in working in a professional office environment
- Ability to work as a team in a high-volume work area
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
