**Hit the ground running**

To support our strategic people objectives, we are looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our People Services team. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this is a true business partnering role where your ability to coach and support people leaders will contribute to the uplift of the people experience, performance optimisation, and talent enablement.

**About the role**
- Proactively coach leaders to have effective performance and development conversations and embed a performance-driven culture that values accountability, feedback, and growth
- Strengthen leadership capabilities through proactive coaching and development
- Provide trusted guidance and advice to managers and the business to navigate complex ER/IR matters
- Produce and present timely and relevant reports.
- Approach the role with a solution focused people centric mindset.

You will demonstrate:

- Experience as a People Business Partner or Senior HRBP
- End-to-end experience supporting the management of complex employee relations matters, including but not limited to underperformance and misconduct
- Comprehensive understanding of industrial frameworks (Modern Awards, employment law) and applies them with sound judgement.
- Ability to build rapport and strong partnerships with business leaders.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong capability in data analysis, problem-solving, innovation and evidence-based practice.
- Confidence in advising, coaching, and facilitating people leaders - whether it’s in a 1:1 or group setting.

**Key screening and requirements**:

- Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Current valid Driver’s Licence.
