Sofitel Melbourne on Collins is currently seeking an experienced shift leader for the Driveway.

You will be responsible for:

- Preparing & organising each shift to run efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with rostering and shift coverage
- Ensure team is briefed on guests & group movements.
- To be responsible for the Porters and Night Porter during your shift.
- Coordination of the overall Driveway operation
- Assist with guest luggage and parking cars

For this role, you will:

- Have a strong work ethic
- Be very efficient and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proven organisational & time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- To be able to work - morning / afternoon / night shifts rotating
- A Full Drivers License
