**Your new team**
Our Brand and Marketing department is a dynamic and creative team that works collaboratively to promote AustralianSuper’s products and services to positively engage, educate, grow and retain our members. This includes the development of strategy as well as the delivery of innovative brand and marketing campaigns which include both advertising and communication tactics. Our shared purpose is singular and clear. Every day and in different ways, we are inspired by the challenging and fulfilling work of improving the financial outcomes of members.

**Your new role**

**What you’ll need**
- Degree in Communications and/or Journalism
- 5 years’ experience in communications, copywriting and/or journalism
- Experience writing for the superannuation or financial services sector
- Well-developed ability in converting long-form content into channel and audience appropriate executions
- Well-developed ability in converting technical concepts into plain language
- A passionate, detailed and proactive individual who enjoys working within a creative team
- The ability to manage multiple projects, pressing timelines and some ambiguity with ease
- Experience writing for B2C and B2B audiences
