Join one of Australia's leading insurance organisation who are well known for their reputable brands and providing first class customer experience from putting people in the heart of everything they do. They have multiple opportunities for like-minded customer service professionals to join their teams located in Mulgrave and Melbourne CBD to assist customers with their motor claims, helping them get back on the road sooner.

**Your new role**

In this position you will be responsible for managing motor claim lifecycles, handling inbound customer queries, liaising with key stakeholders and processing claims in accordance to company polices. This position will require you to utilise your excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills while also displaying empathy to succeed.
- Ensure effective management of work allocation in accordance with set established Service Standards
- Maintain and support relationships with customers including internal and external providers

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication; as well as exceptional customer service
- The capacity to efficiently manage your time and multitask
- Ability to take ownership of your work in a high-pressure environment
- Relevant industry experience is desired but not essential

**What you'll get in return**
