**The Company**
Due to exponential growth across Australia, one of Kona’s most valued clients are seeking an experienced and well-rounded Claims Service Consultant to join their national team. Backed by a reputable global insurer, our client has 150 staff nationally across 10 office locations.

**The Role**
Reporting to your State Claims Team Leader, you will have the perfect balance of autonomy and support to truly step into a specialist claims position and make it your own.
Your core responsibility will be to effectively service a range of clientele across the heavy transport sector, working with their intermediatory partners.
As a Claims Service Consultant, you would be responsible for:
- Effective management and servicing of a mixed complexity portfolio across Heavy Motor claims
- Prompt attention to claims lodgement to settlement ensuring stages of process are completed in a timely manner
- Providing a high standard of customer service for clients and service providers
- Undertaking training sessions periodically to ensure technical knowledge is up to date
- Representation of company brand & up-hold of company reputation
**To be considered for this opportunity, you will have**:
- 2+ years’ experience within end-to-end motor claims; Domestic or Commercial Motor
- End to end claims experience in other lines will be considered
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work within specified timeframes
- A drive for your career development
- High level of integrity, presentability and customer service skills
