**About Our Client**:
Our client is an internationally recognised FMCG business, who provide large quantities of stock to supermarkets, coffee shops and sporting organisations to ensure the day-to-ay running of their operations. This newly created Customer Service Coordinator will give you the opportunity to build, grow and develop a new division in the organisation. This role is a six-month temporary role, full-time, office-based role, located in the Melbourne CBD.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- High-volume sales order data entry of customer orders in SAP B1.
- Forwarding customer feedback and complaints to the relevant business unit to fix, immediately.
- Organising freight and shipping for client orders and providing ETAs.
- Updating, maintaining and the customer database for invoice and delivery purposes.
- Management of deliveries including missed or incorrect deliveries.
- Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and customer service.
- General ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.

**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Coordinator, who has a passion for customer service and is looking to take on a new and exciting challenging, immediately. To be successful, you'll need a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise what is important now. This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be required to input a high-volume number of sales orders and respond to customer queries quickly. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours and will be an office-based role.
