About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for multiple Estimating and Pricing Officers to join our program based at Osborne, Adelaide.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight.
You will be responsible to support the business in delivering against strategic and financial objectives. These activities will include strategic pricing, estimating, cost modelling, planning, formulation, review and analysis of all cost estimates.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Work collaboratively with the Bid Team to ensure delivery of accurate value for money proposals to the Commonwealth of Australia (CoA)
- Ensure proposals adhere to BAE Systems Estimating and Pricing Processes and Procedures
- Adhere to the Contract Estimating and Pricing Requirements
- Identify and contribute to process improvement
- Maintain an audit trail from tender to final contract acceptance

About YOU
- Degree qualification in Business/Project Management/Engineering/Finance or relevant field
- Previous experience in Estimating and Pricing and Cost Analysis.
- Experience in Product Pricing and Parametric Price Modelling for Defence projects highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to take ownership of task and embrace change
- Strong stakeholder management skills with high level of personal integrity, initiative and motivation
- Strong experience in mentoring & motivating employees
- Experience and proven track record with solving complex problems, delivering innovative solutions under tight timelines for senior management
