What you'll do:
Our Commercial Projects team are now looking for an accomplished Account Manager who can forge strong business relationships with key stakeholders and help drive our Commercial / Projects division's success based in the Sydney Metro region.
In this role, you will drive and execute the strategic sales plans of Bunnings whilst being inspired by representing the Bunnings brand you will develop expertise in our large range of products and services by increase / optimise sales to our Commercial customers, along with actively seeking and acquiring new business opportunities.
Working collaboratively with our other members of the Bunnings team, you will ensure that our commercial customers are provided with the very best Price, Range and Experience. You will also develop an expertise in our products and services being promoted to market and optimise sales to our Commercial customers, ensuring they receive the most appropriate, value-added solutions to suit their business needs.- Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed budgeted sales, maximise profit and strengthen sales across the whole of build (share of wallet/product mix)- Drive sales though the Bunnings network consisting of Stores, Trade Centres, Supply & Install offers as well as Frame & Truss plants- Build strong partnerships with clients to grow our market share and identify opportunities for new business- Develop and execute strategies to address local opportunities and combat competitor activities- Work collaboratively with our other members of the Bunnings network, including suppliers, to ensure our Commercial customers are provided with the very best Price, Range and Experience

You are a knowledgeable and experienced sales professional who can confidently engage in supporting and converting new business opportunities ensuring that our commercial customer receive the most appropriate, value-added solutions that suit their business needs.- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with new customers- Strong commercial acumen- Customer focus and ability to build rapport- Tenacious, positive attitude and results driven- Demonstrate integrity, respect and teamwork in everything you
