We are currently recruiting Casual positions for our Customer Service Specialist role.

**Do Work that Matters**

As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:

- Concierge and welcome calls
- Missed payments and early-intervention collections
- Simple customer service enquiries

We currently have Casual positions available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 5am to 6pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office

**Hours and training**
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:

- Start date: 24th February 2025
- Available to work from the Perth office, 300 Murray Street, Perth, once a fortnight
- Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
- Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 5 weeks. Training will run **Mon, Tues, Thurs**10am - 3pm**
- Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period
- Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career

**Note - Expected recruitment timeline over the festive season**:

- Review and invitations to interview - starting from 2nd January 2025
- Interviews - starting from 6th January - 24 January 2025
- Offers - by 24 January 2025
