We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join us. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all HR-related matters across these four locations, ensuring the effective implementation of company policies, employee recruitment, training, and development, among other key responsibilities. This is a permanent and full-time position.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Ensure all employees receive appropriate onboarding and compliance training.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff at all levels, ensuring continuous professional development.
- Manage compensation structures across all locations, ensuring competitive pay and benefits in line with industry standards.
- Oversee payroll processing, bonuses, and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Foster positive relationships between employees and management, addressing workplace issues, concerns, and grievances.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes, including setting goals, providing feedback, and handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Support managers in resolving performance issues and improving employee productivity.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies in accordance with legal and business requirements.
- Oversee workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment across all locations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or higher degree
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
