**About the Opportunity**:
Situated on 6.5 hectares of waterfront beauty and an additional 40 hectares of adjoining bushland, CRU's Lake Macquarie site is a haven for those who love the outdoors. As a Property Assistant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and preparing camp facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for campers to grow in their faith.
- General maintenance and upkeep of the bushland and bivouac site.
- Ground keeping duties including lawn mowing, gardening, maintenance of bush walking tracks.
- Repairs and maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, painting, carpentry
- Procuring site consumables and equipment.
- Maintenance of the site’s boat fleet and associated infrastructure.
- Upkeep of activity equipment, such as the climbing tower and the mission impossible course.
- Support for water activities, including refuelling safety boats and repairing sailboats.
- Operation and maintenance of security systems across all areas of the site.
- Supporting other areas of operation as required.

**Requirement**:

- Passion for working outdoors and maintaining facilities.
- Trade qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to perform various maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
