**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be involved in leading the day-to-day client activities for an assigned property, situated within the account of our multi-national, technology and e-commerce client, Amazon.
You will assume responsibility for site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance, contract services, purchasing materials, equipment & supplies and occupancy services.
**An Overview of the role**:
Assist in general facilities duties to ensure the adequate provision of office services and supplies
Participate in vendor selection and coordinating their services
Manage and implement Preventative Maintenance Program and ensure compliance
Understand EHS arrangements or instructions, report any EHS failings to line manager
Conduct monthly and quarterly inspections and ensure accurate remediation of defects and non-compliances
Actively support an environment which is supportive of teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence
Perform general office administrative tasks where required
Serve as a liaison between office staff and facilities management in service requests
Confirm the receipt of and verify accurate invoicing for deliveries, goods and services
**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Previous facilities experience in a corporate setting
Proven PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
Financial management and/or budgeting experience
Demonstrated problem solving ability, dealing with ambiguity and complex problems
Strong communication skills, presentation ability and active listening
An eye for detail to ensure the optimal service delivery for the client
Cooperative team player who can work with others to achieve targets
Confident and energetic attitude to new challenges
Customer centric focus with a prioritisation on client satisfaction
