Reservations Coordinator and Venue Host

Position Overview:

- Delivering exceptional and memorable experiences to guests from booking through to service delivery
- Represent the first point of contact with the Capital Brewing Co Brand
- Delivering revenue uplift to the venue through effective and proactive booking management

Role and Responsibilities:

- Manages the bookings process end to end
- Manages booking arrivals and departures to ensure a seamless experience
- Hosts the door during peak periods and for special bookings
- Welcomes guests into the venue
- Identifies and assists walk-in guests finding tables
- Able to solve problems under pressure
- Ensures patrons are comfortable (heating, cooling, music volume colouring books for children, dog bowls, water for pets etc.)
- Manages enquiries inbox & booking systems
- Works behind the bar and/or on the floor as required
- Assists managers with ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Ensures cleanliness and presentation of the venue
- Maintains high levels of customer service
- Enforces adherence to regulations and quality standards primarily RSA and liquor licensing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
