**About this role**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and staff for various projects, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and documentation.
- Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and other software. Maintain and update databases as required.
- Schedule and manage travel and accommodation arrangements for staff as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare compelling sales presentations and contracts.
- Manage the office budget, including expense tracking and cost control.
- Monitor and reorder office supplies as necessary.
- Organise company events, meetings, client gifts and workshops as required.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the offices, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and productivity tools.
- Capable of multitasking and the ability to work under pressure
