**Experienced & Ambitious Air Conditioning Service Tech Needed**

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced air conditioning service tech to join a fast-growing business that thrives on servicing heating & cooling systems for high-end properties. Our company operates throughout Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches.

It’s not just “domestic work”, we partner with the best clients, real estate companies and builders and work on premium projects.

We’re currently implementing a major growth initiative, the business will continue to grow quickly over the next few years.

As the business grows, you’ll help us build a team of high-performing technicians to work with you.

**We’re looking for**:

- 6+ Years’ experience in air conditioning servicing and maintenance
- Current refrigeration and electrical qualifications (Cert III, etc)
- Somebody positive and presentable who can communicate effectively
- A growth-mindset, who can help streamline the installation process and keep up to date with the latest technology and products
- Solutions-focused - somebody dedicated to getting the job done, who doesn’t believe in the “too-hard basket”.
- You must have Australian work-rights and already be based in Sydney

It would also be great but not essential if you have:

- Experience with hydronic heating or mechanical plumbing, eg water-cooled AC systems
- Experience with residential air con service work - split, ducted and VRF air con

**What Will You Do?**
- Your main task will be servicing heating and cooling systems in residential property. We work in a mix of domestic homes and apartment blocks, and also some commercial property.
- The main types of systems we work with are ducted, split and VRF air conditioning systems. We also work on a large number of water-cooled air con systems (Temperzone etc). In addition, we work with hydronic heating systems (think mechanical plumbing, gas boilers etc). We work with all brands of equipment.
- You’ll report to our service manager who will oversee managing the schedule.
- You’ll mainly work on your own, but you can communicate with the boss or other colleagues for technical assistance as needed.
- This is a full-time role based mostly in Eastern suburbs, Northern Beaches and North Shore of Sydney.
- You’ll be well supported by management to help you succeed, not left on your own to figure things out.
