Are you an organized and customer-focused professional looking for a flexible part-time role? 4 Seasons Insulation is seeking a **Permanent Part-Time Administration Assistant** to support our growing business. We specialize in sustainable insulation solutions and are looking for someone who can keep our operations running smoothly while providing exceptional customer service.

**About the Role**:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a keen eye for detail. As you become more competent in the role, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, including invoicing and purchase orders through Xero.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Efficiently manage the sales team’s schedules to optimise their appointments and client visits.
- **Customer Service**: Answer phone calls and provide top-tier service to customers, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth communication between teams.
- **Basic Accounting**: Process invoices and create purchase orders using Xero (training provided if needed).
- **Marketing & Creative Tasks (Optional)**: If you have a creative flair, there will be opportunities to contribute to document creation and marketing initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with scheduling and coordination (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Xero or willingness to learn.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Creativity and interest in marketing (desirable but not required).
