We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor who is passionate about leading a team to success and driving excellence.

Insulation installing experience is not necessary, these skills will be taught, to allow you to quickly progress to the role of Supervisor.

As an Insulation Installer Supervisor, you will play a key hands on role in leading the team whilst installing, installing to a high standard of workmanship, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at every stage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of installers, providing guidance and support.
- Plan and coordinate install jobs onsite.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness and best practices.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure installations meet industry and 4 Seasons standards and client expectations.
- Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the installations, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Provide regular progress reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in team supervision, preferably in a construction or insulation-related field.
- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of insulation material, techniques, and installation methods is preferred.
- Valid car driver’s licence and clean driving record
- White card

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
