An exciting, fixed term, full-time opportunity exists for a Family Violence Practice Lead in Clinical Oversight and Rehabilitation based in Melbourne.

**The Opportunity**
- VPS Grade 5 role: $113,022 - $136,747 per year plus superannuation.
- Model and support family violence screening, risk assessment and management strategies aligned to the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management framework including the use of Structured Professional Judgement and evidence-based risk factors.
- Conduct primary consultation to manage the needs of victim survivors and young people using family violence.
- Provide on-site, case-based secondary consultation and advice on evidence-based family violence best practice.
- Cofacilitate YJ family violence training, contributing to Communities of Practice (CoPs) or events and identifying professional development opportunities in response to operational and young people needs

**To be successful in this role you will have experience working with**:

- Family violence victim survivors and/or perpetrators, including understanding of the MARAM framework, FVISS and CISS, and family violence services.
- Adolescents and children, including an understanding of the Child Protection and Youth Justice systems, and the interrelation between family violence and adolescent offending risk.

You will be required to obtain a Working with Children Check, which you will need to maintain for the period of employment.
