**The role**:
You’ll be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores and supervising our store teams. In this role, you will be trained to lead from the front, providing an exceptional and memorable experience for our customers through outstanding product knowledge, customer service and ability to offer solutions.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Completion of a comprehensive 6-week training plan and Future leader workbook
- Learn to be accountable for all aspects of store operations including managing and leading the store team, ensuring our stores are open and ready to be shopped by our customers
- Enforce the customer centric nature of City Beach by providing a superior people experience through a supportive and developmentally focused environment
- Work with the Store Manager to manage and monitor performance to ensure your team delivers results and performance objectives to Company Standards
- Learn how City Beach utilizes its rostering and wage management tools to control wage spend
- Managing the movement of stock to reduce shrinkage and optimise sales, filling and tidying the shop floor and getting store set up for promotions and sales

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous retail leadership/management experience
- Outstanding customer service
- Experience in rostering and wage control
- Ability to effectively lead and develop a team
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Previous experience in stocktake
- An understanding of visual merchandising techniques
