**Your Impact**

As the Personal Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our fitness department. You’ll lead your team with energy and purpose, while working closely with the Chermside leadership team and other department heads to drive excellence across our facility.

Your Responsibilities
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of in-house personal trainers.
- Leadership: Inspire your team to deliver exceptional member experiences and uphold our premium service standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with the National Fitness Manager and key leadership to ensure alignment across the business.
- Integration: Work closely with our Allied Health and medical teams to support a holistic wellness offering.
- Operational Management: Oversee rostering, session tracking, billing, and compliance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Training & Development: Facilitate continuous learning, training, and upskilling for all trainers under your guidance.
- Profit Share & Paid Hours: Benefit from a competitive profit-share model and paid floor hours.
- Member Engagement: Work with the General Manager to drive member retention, community engagement, and performance tracking.
