Due to a number of new projects in the **Western Suburbs and Ipswich** we have opportunities for experienced Labourers and plant operators to join the team. You will be working on residential and commercial sub-divisions, as well as a large number of major infrastructures.

At Shadforth, we offer long term roles with the opportunity to enhance your career by gaining formal qualifications including a cert lll in Civil Construction and upskilling with nationally recognised tickets.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
**Labourers**:

- Previous manual outdoor labouring or civil labouring experience (highly regarded)
- Willing to perform manual handling duties, including repetitive tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
- Available to work Monday to Friday 06.30am - 5:00pm with Saturdays, as required
- Driver's license with reliable transport

**Plant Operators**:

- 2+ years’ experience in Civil Operations
- Tickets for relevant plant
- GPS experience, Ideal but not essential
- Final Trim experience, Ideal but not essential
- Ability to work 6.30am-5:00pm five days a week with Saturdays as required
- Driver's license and reliable transport
