The Bridge Employment is seeking x2 Part Time Training and Support Officer Team Leaders to provide supervision and direction to Supported Employees, to ensure that work tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will support your Work Crew to conduct Cleaning responsibilities and tasks at our site locations across the South Eastern suburbs. Tasks might include vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, disposing of rubbish, cleaning toilets, etc. Your regular shift will be conducted from 3pm - 11pm. We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to identify Supported Employee’s strengths and work with them to improve work skills.
