**Research & Development Assistant / Administration**

**Location**:North Fremantle

**Hours**:7.00am - 3.00pm (20-25hrs per week)

**Start**:IMMEDIATE START

**Hourly Rate**:$38 - 40 per hour + super

**The Role**
- Reporting to the R&D Manager
- Provide administrative support to the R&D Operations across the Fremantle Operations
- Cover customer receival and delivery bookings through 'Inbound Connect' system.
- Customer bookings.
- Assisting with managing and tracking all R&D requirements.
- Support the Stevedoring and Logistics operations with customer invoicing and data-entry of vessel manifests.

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a Research & Development / Scheduling
- 12 months' general administration experience
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- MUST have drivers' licence
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Exposure to fleet management programs & warehouse data base systems
