At B dynamic Logistics, our mission is to make our customer the HERO. We are a fast-growing 3PL business and our biggest asset is our people – we are looking for a motivated Storeperson to join our team.

About the Role

As a Storeperson, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring our customers' products are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched with accuracy and care. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing their best every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Loading and unloading stock
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse space
  • Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with our values

What We Are Looking For

  • Motivated and proactive attitude – willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
  • Experience within retail, clothing, or e-Commerce logistics highly desirable
  • Forklift licence desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Team player with a positive outlook and willingness to learn
