- Queensland - City of Brisbane
- Western Australia - Perth - is HiCom's first priority.
- South Australia - City of Adelaide

**HiCom Care** is proud to be the most dynamic registered NDIS Plan Manager, aiming to encourage people with disability to embrace their full potential and inspire them to achieve their life goals.

HiCom Care is seeking talented individuals to fulfill our multiple available positions at different states, rather than Victoria and NSW. The individual will work with different departments, represent HiCom Care’s brand, meet, and greet with existing and potential client/ networks in order to build relationships with stakeholders, connect closer to families, networks and communities in the states, promoting HiCom's client base as well as brand recognition.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be equipped with a full training on NDIS Plan Management - nature of work, company characteristics, software system
- Meet and build relationships with the existing and potential clients
- Join networks/events for people with disabilities, connect with service providers in order to increase client base and promote HiCom Care brand name
- Position in the above cities or willing to relocate to those cities to work. Working remotely is not allowed.
- We already have existing networks, your task is to exploit those networks, strengthen the relationships and also bring in new business relationships for the company.
- The job will have monthly/quarterly and yearly KPIs.

**Job requirements**
- Must be a confident person, fluent in both English and Vietnamese languages with a passion for communication and meeting new people.
- Strong ethics: Able to show understanding, empathy, and patience with the clients. Our main clients are people with disabilities, who need help and support more than anyone else.
- Humorous, smart, quick-witted, good communication skills so that our clients and partners always feel appreciated and well taken care of.
- Have Australian driver's license and car for travel convenience, passion for travelling is a bonus.

Work hours is scheduled between 9:00a.m and 5: 30p.m, in person.
