**About the role**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Deliver high quality analysis that offers actionable insights / recommendations to positively impact Business Digital success metrics (e.g. digital sales, app starts, digital self-service adoption)
- At a high level, size opportunities, benefits and costs associated with recommendations to ensure initiatives are prioritised according to business priorities
- Keep up to date with industry best practice, customer research and competitor activity

**Skills and Experience Required**:
Preferred Experience
- Working experience in a highly analytical role in the digital space
- Understands a variety of data sets (e.g. web, customer, sales)
- Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of management
- Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Financial Services experience desirable
- Strong business and commercial acumen, analytical and data driven

Essential capabilities
- Use knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to optimise the website.
- Work with agile methodologies to support the team.
- Maintain AEM CMS copy consistency.
- Work closely with corporate stakeholders, channels, projects and management to deliver copy to requirements.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and taking direction to complete overall objective
