The College has undergone significant change in the last 10 years as a new culture was established and programs and pedagogy changed to match our new teaching spaces. At Mount Alexander College we promote teaching and learning that is collaborative, technology rich, reflective, purposeful and personalised that prepares students for our rapidly changing world. We refer to our pedagogical practice is based on Dr Jane Pollock¿s GANAG lesson planning schema and we are also using Marzano¿s High Yield Strategies. We have a strong emphasis on providing highly stimulating learning that is tailor made to meet the passion and needs of our students. Teachers have using Triads as means of learning from observing classes of colleagues and then reflecting on their own classroom practise.

**Selection Criteria**:
SC1 Demonstrated high level of experience and skill in coordinating a secondary college timetable and supporting an administrative role within the college.

SC2 Demonstrated high level capacity to liaise with other support staff and to develop procedures and guidelines relating to the work area.

SC3 Possess the technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position as timetabler and daily organiser, and the ability to use and implement timetabling software and other software relating to Administrative functions.

SC4 Demonstrated high level capacity to provide advice and support to management in respect to the work area.

SC5 Demonstrated commitment to professional learning and growth for both self and others.

Undertakes routine tasks that are usually carried out under close supervision and direction. Work that carries some degree of independence will generally involve a limited number of tasks performed on a regular basis where priorities are clear, procedures are well established and direction is readily available.

Work has little scope for deviation. Problems can usually be solved by reference to well documented procedures and instructions and clearly established practices. Deviation from established procedures will require reference to others for guidance and direction. Assistance is readily available when problems arise. An experienced employee at range 1 will exercise limited judgement within clearly defined guidelines and well established practices that relate specifically to the tasks performed.

Does not carry responsibility for the work of others. More experienced employees will provide basic guidance and advice to others relating to tasks
