**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Supercare team. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in leading and guiding a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This position requires excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, establishing performance targets and implementing strategies to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of superannuation regulations and industry trends to effectively assist customers with accessing their superannuation for medical treatment.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in superannuation regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a team leadership role within the financial or superannuation industry is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions under pressure.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with discretion.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
