Main duties will include: - Support the Warehouse Management with the day-to-day operations and be responsible for guiding the team to be efficient in achieving business targets. - Shipment Planning: Liaise with Warehouse Manager to manage container arrivals, unload, collection, and variance reporting. - Monitor the stock putaway process to ensure accuracy of stock location, efficiency of process, checking of parts, checking accuracy of items to incoming stock list, damage kept to a minimum and the most efficient use of space. - Ensure IBT Cages and Sea Containers are emptied and collected to expectations. - Accurately report any shortages and damage to incoming goods, record on the paperwork and convey to the purchasing department in a timely manner. - Maintaining equipment within the site (i.e forklifts). - Provide line management to the team, coordinating their workloads, providing support to ensure that the team delivers, monitoring issues, and ensuring KPI targets and quality standards are met. - Comply with ALL company policies, guidelines, directions & QA practices and ensure the team is appropriately trained on the procedures. - Work closely with the Incoming supervisor to ensure the team is operating at optimal capacity. - Manage any site security when required. - Continues review of training within the team and ensure that any training gaps are filled. - Review processes. Audit put-away completed by the team ensuring stock integrity whist ensuring that we are completing all tasks to a high standard. **About you, Skills and Experience** We are looking for someone with the right attitude, ability to be adaptable, think on your feet, communicate efficiently and work well within a team.
