**Position: Warehouse Supervisor**

Location: Smithfield NSW

Rate: $31.58-$34.21 per hour + Super + Annual Leave + Sick Leave

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Eligibility: Must hold Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship

**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy, operational flow, and team performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch

2. Manage staff rosters, attendance, and performance

3. Operate forklifts and high-reach machinery to handle inventory

4. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts

5. Monitor product quality, including reporting damaged or expired stock

6. Enforce workplace safety and cleanliness standards

7. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency

**Essential Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor

2. Valid forklift licence and driver’s licence

**Bonus if you have**:
1. Experience with logistics/freight coordination

2. Familiarity with inventory management software

3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $31.58 - $34.21 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
