**The Company**

Our client is a dynamic and modern Accounting practice located in Richmond.

**The Opportunity**

They are looking for a Client Services Administrator to support their accounting team.

**Your duties may include**:

- Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and ASIC
- Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries
- Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO
- Maintain and update software systems with client information
- Preparing and lodging ASIC forms
- Collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Preparing letters associated with these
- Coordinate the workflow and actively monitor compliance deadlines for clients ensuring lodgements and payments are made on time
- Ensure client review meetings are scheduled and complete

**About You**:

- Previous Public Accounting experience
- ASIC Compliance and ATO Portal exposure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience using accounting software such as Xero or MYOB is desirable but not essential
