Our client is a reputable Accounting practice located in Essendon. They are a supportive firm who value their employees and flexibility.
**The Opportunity**
Due to growth within the business, they are looking for a Client Services Administrator with a professional services background to look after the day to day running of the office.
**Your duties may include**:
- Client correspondence
- Liaising with ASIC and the ATO
- Lodgements
- Annual Company Statements
- Responsible for record keeping
- Fee preparation and management
- Assisting with client queries and tasks as required
- Other administration duties as directed from time to time
- Some ad hoc reception duties, such as diary management and letter preparation
**What you need**:
- **Public Practice experience**:
- Experience using MYOB AE
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience using MYOB AE
- Tech Savvy
