**WeKare Disability Support Group** is seeking several staff to support our client in Wallan, the ideal applicant will need to be comfortable with dogs, school drop off and pick up shifts. Additionally, the applicant must be available to start at 7:30am on Mondays and Wednesdays.

You must be experienced workers who possess skills working with:

- challenging behaviours.
- alcohol and drug affected participants.
- participants who have suffered past abuses.
- Autism
- Mental health

would be very highly regarded, however WeKare will provide the appropriate training as needed to support any participants.

Mandatory documentation is required for employees of NDIS providers.

100 points of ID (including a valid driver’s licence).

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Current National Police Check (specifying unsupervised with vulnerable persons)

Current CPR and First Aid Certification

Infection Control in the Workplace Certification

NDIS Worker Orientation Certification

Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate (including booster dose).

Workers will be required to support participant tenants to live as independently as possible within the parameters of their plan arrangements and behavioural guidelines. Assist participants to achieve their plan goals and participate in the community.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $41.76 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week
