**Job description**
At Provident we are actively looking for passionate and dedicated disability support workers to provide in-home services for our participants. We are seeking active support workers who will help us provide the following services to our clients
- Daily Personal Activities
- Community Participation
- Domestic Assistance
- Personal Care

**Education**:
- Certificate I - IV (required)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
