We’ll provide on-the-job training and support to help ensure you quickly pick up the necessary knowledge and understanding.What you will need is a genuine interest in working in financial markets, along with motivation levels as impressive as your aptitude for numbers and attention to detailWhat you'll needA degree-level education (or similar experience)Fluency in English (written and spoken)A genuine interest in the financial marketsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsConfident to employ basic math skills, particularly mental arithmetic.Literacy in MS OfficeA Sales background, good working knowledge of any additional European language, Chinese or Arabic would all be a distinct advantage but not a requirementHow we work We try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
