As **Inventory Controller** you will be responsible for assisting in the overall receipt and distribution of inventory to allocated stores at Brisbane Airport. The primary focus of this position is to ensure the administration of goods receipt to ensure the correct delivery of stock, including checking off invoices, noting and reporting shortages and investigating discrepancies. Further responsibilities are stock control, data entry, and inventory and database management.

To be effective in this role previous experience in a similar position or exposure to working in a large-scale retail environment would be a definite advantage.

**Additional requirements include**:

- Previous warehouse/distribution centre experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Computer literacy at an intermediate level - a knowledge of retail ERP will be highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service focused and ability to use initiative

As we’re located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate 7 days a week. We are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible with availability as shifts may fall outside normal business hours. Employment offers are conditional upon the ability to gain and maintain an ASIC pass.
