We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Team Leader** to join our dynamic team. This role oversees operations across our Banquets department. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting daily operations, and driving team performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Guest Experience & Service Excellence**
- Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional beverage service across all outlets
- Deliver memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations
- Recognize and cater to VIP and regular guests’ preferences
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation

**Operational Leadership**
- Supervise daily restaurant and function operations
- Assist with menu planning and cost control
- Support servers and hosts during peak periods
- Maintain compliance with RSA and liquor licensing guidelines

**Team Development**
- Identify training needs and implement development plans
- Ensure staff are knowledgeable in beverage and wine offerings
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment

**Financial & Inventory Management**
- Monitor and maintain beverage costs within budget
- Conduct regular stocktakes and manage breakage reporting
- Ensure accurate billing and adherence to hotel procedures

**Relationship Building**
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with guests and colleagues
- Experience in banquet and event service operations is a plus

**Core Competencies**
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- RSA certification (current and compliant)
