**What do we offer?**

Our contract offers a Minimum guarantee of **$340.00** per day to the contract driver with the opportunity for overtime. _(Terms and Conditions apply)_

Successful applicants will be provided a fully equipped specialized vehicle to perform the required task, this will be supplied under a rental agreement.

**Bonus Schemes**

**Reliability Bonus -** Successful applicants that show reliability in the form of on time pickups and pristine attendance will receive a reliability bonus of over **$200** per month.

**Performance Bonus -** Successful applicants that average greater than **10 jobs** per day over the course of the pay period will receive a performance bonus of **$10** per additional delivery.

**Birthday Bonus - **Successful applicants that have been engaged for at least 6 month will be given a paid day off for their birthday to enjoy with their loved ones.

**Referral Bonus** - Successful applicants who know others looking for an opportunity in this industry and believe they would be suitable for this job will also get a **$500** referral bonus once the referral has been engaged for more than 2 months, this bonus is unlimited so put the work out

**What are the daily tasks?**

Successful applicants will be required to perform the following tasks.
- Measuring, Counting, Weighing Freight.
- Measuring time at both the pick-up and drop off
- Reporting the above to the operator at each stop.
- safely and effectively securing freight to the vehicle.
- Asking for the next direction via radio to the operator after each stop is completed.
- Achieving KPI of 10 jobs per day over the course of the pay period.

**What qualifications or certificates are required?**

Successful applicants will require the following.
- Australian or International Licence
- Active ABN _(easily obtainable online)_
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Previous delivery experience preferred but not required.

**Pay period**
- 1st to the 15th of each month - payment made on the 25th of that month.
- 16th to the end of each month - payment made on the 10th of the following month.

**Hours**
- Monday to Friday
- Start between 7 am - 8am at first pick up, Finish before 5pm or until all deliveries are completed, deliveries after 5pm will be paid as overtime on top of minimum guarantee.

**Contractor Responsibilities**

All contract drivers are responsible for their own business expenses including but not excluding;
- Fuel Cost _(Tax deductions for business use)_
- Toll Cost _(Tax deductions for business use, vehicle will be supplied with toll tag amount will be deducted each pay cycle)_
- Vehicle rental - **$345.00** per work week _(Tax deductions for business use, covers the supply of the vehicle, Scheduled servicing, Registration, Comprehensive Insurance, Greenslip, 24/7 roadside assistance and more)_
- Vehicle Security Bond - **$500** (refundable)

**Summary**
