**URGENT: FULL TIME AND CASUAL POSITION AVAILABLE**

**Female & Male Support Workers Wanted, available for immediate start in Mount Druitt Blacktown Area, Liverpool, Bankstown and other areas rotating shifts daily.**

**Full Time Positions available Must be reliable and available on call at times.**

**Must be Outgoing, have a I can do attitude, be positive and Fluent English.**

**Some shifts will be working with kids and with participant's with disability on NDIS**

**SHIFTS: Flexible shifts consists of 3 hours or more in different areas**

**Shifts will be in different areas such as Western Sydney ( Penrith to Blacktown area), and extending out towards the city and surrounding areas. ( you must take all shifts given as they are rotating shifts of 3-6 hours each) If you are going to pick and choose shifts you are not suitable for this job, then do not apply.**

Apex Community Carers is looking for a Full Time and Casual MALE & FEMALE disability support worker available to work flexible hours for an immediate start.

At Apex Community Carers we believe that our participants always come first and that there are no two ways about that. As an NDIS provider, our support workers have the responsibility of ensuring that our participants are supported and motivated in the best method which will help our participants achieve their desired goals.

**What the job may/will include**:

- Transporting the participant to appointments/specified destinations, such as but not limited to, picking the participant up from school.
- Supporting the participant contextually in terms of good decision making.
- Community Participation
- Household task and assist with organising and daily activities.
- Daily reporting on the participant's state, activities and reporting any incidents.
- One year experience or a certificate in disability/Disability support (Or equivalent
- Must show proof of vaccination
- Must have a valid working with Children's Check
- Must have a valid Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid
- Must have an ABN
- Must have a drivers license and access to a car
- Must be Reliable
- Valid Proofs of ID (passport, birth certificate, Photo Cards, Medicare card, etc)

**Job Type**: Subcontractor ( Part Time & Full Time )

Starting from $32 to $37 for Community Participation and Travel km with participant

0.70 cents for travel with Participant in car

Contract length: 12 months
