**About the role**

**Our dynamic dental practice is looking for a career-minded front desk co-ordinator who wants to grow with us. We are looking for someone who**:

- Understands the importance of effective appointment scheduling and management
- Ability to ensure smooth business operations so that our patients get
- the best care
- Enjoys working in a team and playing a vital role connecting the clinical and administration parts of a dental practice
- Demonstrates their exceptional ability to communicate with patients and is able to convert leads into appointments
- Organised and detail orientated in order to achieve excellence in customer service.

**Skills and experience**

We encourage experienced dental receptionists to apply, as well as those who have worked in related fields. This is more than just a skills-based role, we're looking for a person with the right attitude and who values being part of a team, using their initiative and a professional working environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
